Neuromodulators Injections Las Vegas NV

Neuromodulator Injections

What are Neuromodulator Injections?

Neuromodulators are injectables with botulinum toxin type A as the active ingredient. Dysport® is one of the most popular neuromodulators brands used in cosmetic procedures worldwide. NP Aesthetics Las Vegas proudly offers and uses these brands based on the specific patient’s needs.

With Neuromodulator Injections, very small amounts of purified botulinum toxin are injected into the targeted muscles of the problem areas. This results in a temporary relaxation of the targeted muscles which visibly reduces wrinkles and fine lines. When such muscles relax, wrinkles diminish or even disappear altogether. The onset of results varies but is usually noticeable within a few days to a week after the injection.

Neuromodulator injections are generally suitable for adults who want to address dynamic wrinkles caused by repetitive facial movements. The effects of neuromodulator injections are temporary, typically lasting three to six months. Maintenance injections are required to sustain the desired results.
